• The treatment and my technician were absolutely fabulous! My 1 point off was for the reception area. I do not mind waiting but I believe reception should be friendly and talkative to someone who had to wait for 15-20 min. She should have offered me water, tea, coffee - all of which I could see. I tried to ease the tension w a little friendly conversation and she was a bit cold and uninterested. This is a business of customer service and that starts right when you enter the door
