• From moment l walked in l was greeted with a hello and smile they asked how they can help me l replied l had a service . they offered me water or hot tea and said Marianne will help up shortly The place is very clean and very one was friendly and professional . Marianne the "BEST " had a manicure & pedicure , Marianne very knowledgeable , friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the Upper West Spa . Thank you Kathy V.
