• I appreciate going to a Spa where I feel I am getting medical treatment combined with a beauty treatment. I also appreciate the beautiful (classical) music being piped in during my treatment. I also appreciate the newly remodeled (larger) space.

• Great attention to individual concerns! A stable, happy staff--which points to commendable management. Patrons like to see familiar staff, who know them as individuals. This is missing in so many chain businesses these days. That is why I go out of my way to support individually owned companies.
