• Two things: I would have liked the session to truly be an hour session, and it would be helpful for the aesthetician to explain what is happening in that session, what products and process are being applied and the why, and lastly, how it will improve that specific client's skin. Would like to tell them what my facial routine is and what could be better used (product and/ or process)
