Upcycle is the greatest studio I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and uplifting. It's impossible to walk out without feeling inspired for the rest of the week.

I love my classes at Upcycle! The other day I was having a bad day at work and I couldn't wait for my class that night. As soon as I walked in I just felt myself relax and let whatever had happened earlier behind the doors. That's how it is when you walk through the doors, you just feel like this is right place to be and you have a space to focus on yourself. Plus it's not a competitive gym, it's a place to go to push yourself if you want to. It's a progress not perfection feel and I love that feeling!
