Such a welcoming vibe! The studio is super friendly to all levels - instructors encourage students to improve and connect to their practice, while not taking things too seriously. I felt like I could make mistakes and it was fine because we're all at different parts of our yoga journey!! They offer a great range of classes from yin to quick lunch-break yoga to your more standard class. Cant wait to go back!
