So many Yogis are too intense for me! Charlie gets me in the right head space for amazing flows and the entire experience is meditative while being light hearted and fun! Love this studio.

Flows with Charlie are amazing! She's such a fun, relaxed instructor. She motivates you and encourages you, and adjusts the flow the help with any trouble areas you may have!
