Great community! Great instruction! And just overall a lovely experience. I got to take the class next to the studio owner Charlie and she was so kind. I had such a great class and as a beginner the power flow class was the perfect amount of challenging but I didn't feel overwhelmed - the instructor Haley walked us through each move with ease.

The yoga instructor I had, Hayley, was great! She had a really fun flow, and was very kind and supportive. I liked the studio atmosphere and it was a great place to try something new and explore the practice of yoga!
