I am super impressed with Stone and the machines and his understanding of health. The whole place is full of integrity and I appreciate the execution. ...But after whatever was my first dip into the machines there. I ended up with too much energy and have not slept. Was the cold too energizing ? I don't feel hyper. I just couldn't get my normal tired rhythm when I normally do feel it. I even took double the Qualia Night (one full serving). But I shouldn't have needed any. I've never needed that. But I still didn't sleep. It was like the energy just kept going. Very strange existence since last night. Normally, if I take the normal healthy supplements by day, I get sleepy naturally around 9:30ish. If I can't go to sleep when I should or if I don't take the morning supplements, then I may take half a dose of qualia night and I get super deep quality sleep with vivid dreams. So ... yeah, something yesterday jazzed me up too much. ?
