Michael knows his shit and the shit works. Since my visit I had a PR desert run in 100 degrees up 500 ft climb 4 miles. Then gym this morning with 95 lbs dumbbell bench 4 sets. Haven't done that for years the. I just finished 11 mile mtn bike ride with only 2 stops. I give the visit a lot of the credit. I felt So good after
