UNWIND sets a new standard for self-care that I am so grateful to have experienced. I felt relaxed and taken care of the moment I walked in, and each experience within the spa was incredible. I loved hopping from the red light pod to the hot tub to the cold plunge to the sauna to the grounding pad with oxygen. This spa is world class at what it does and is a beautiful place to set the tone for your week ahead. Thank you so much for creating such a phenomenal space to care for people holistically and deeply. I felt completely restored and inspired to raise the standard of what I can do personally throughout my day to match the level of care that takes place at UNWIND. The ambiance is zen and it is evident that the staff, who are the most kind humans, have a deep desire to provide the best experience in health and wellness. Mike, Stone and the staff at unwind are brilliant experts in their field and I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to elevate their level of self care.
