• I chose this score because they took me sort of last minute. I booked an express cut (not knowing there was no blow dry involved) and the hairdresser was able to figure out a way to blow dry my hair in the end. Everyone was very lovey and friendly as well. I also really liked my cut/blow dry!

• Kimy was patient and offered suggestions to my shy 14 YO son who is discovering his look and personal style. She took time to ask him questions, show him pictures and explain how different cut techniques will impact his hair based on his hair type and shape. Kimy treated him like an adult and not a kid and made Aidan feel seen. She asked his opinion and didn't look to me as the parent for permission. Aidan was very happy after the visit - and that's saying A LOT for a moody teen.
