• To keep it short: Had an apt for Tues morning at 9am - there was a glitch in the system and it got cancelled. I showed up, the wonderful lady at the front was very kind about the whole thing - even figured out a way to squeeze me in for later that day. In short - great customer service, amazing staff, and I got a really great haircut. 10/10!!
