Honestly it has changed my life since I joined in September 2024. It has been very refreshing to "open up my mind" and help me deal with the common and not so common stresses of the world. It has been great filler while I am in Semi Retirement mode. I only do sound baths and I have my favorite instructors. I would like to do other programs, but have not attended any others yet.
