• I LOVE Body Flow and how Kathy teaches the class: lots of verbal instruction that makes sense, words of encourage throughout, and over time we are learning how our body works (such as woman hold their stress in their hips)!! Condessa is friendly and welcoming at the front desk. The other gals who attend flow are polite and respectful as well. Figure Firm is doing LOTS of things wonderfully!! Thank you ALL!! Lisa Horst
