• I do enjoy going to classes I chose, and grateful for the teachers who help us keeping fit and trim, and who also keep an eye on every member in the classes. They want to have us exercise without "hurting" ourselves, we need that guidance and we get it. The place is not intimidating to me, and the atmosphere is good. Glad we can go there, teachers like their job, the manager does too, we are thankful that they are working and helping us.
