• Very good experience with the actual service. The check in process and waiting for my technician was quite slow and loads of other guests jumped in front of me as I waited to check it. Took me about 20 minutes from when I walked in to when I was greeted by my technician.

• Alex was great and really had valuable knowledge. He listened to my issues and provided treatment accordingly. The price is also great. Only negative was having a massage next to someone getting a facial who talked loudly the whole time impacted my relaxation goal.
