Unity Room offers a variety of classes, from beginners to advanced. The instructors are amazing, personable, and make your experience all about your body, mind, and spirit. It's a wonderful environment!

It was a little stuffy. Maybe Thieves in the diffuser during class would be nice? Other than that I loved it and have already reccomend UNITY to a few of my friends.
I have recommended Unity to many friends and acquaintances over several years and several have been to the studio. I have a love of Unity and it was so refreshing to come back and I love the new atmosphere. It has always been a scheduling issue form me. I have missed practicing and plan to be seen and present in the unity space more.
