The room felt comfortable and inviting. Instructors were pleasant & the practice was relaxing, just what I needed.
I would recommend unity yoga room to a friend because there is a good variety of classes, I get a great workout, And I never feel embarrassed that I am older and new to yoga.
Nikki is an excellent instructor.
