The overall experience was great! The only negative feedback I have is that the price for a first time visit isn’t clearly stated on the website, nor was it mentioned during the sign-in process. I wasn’t told about the drop-in fee for my first visit until AFTER the class was done. Becki was very nice about it however, I would not have invited a friend if I’d known that the first visit is not complementary. The messaging online implies that there is a discounted price for a two week trial, but it doesn’t mention that if you don’t choose this you’ll be charged the drop in rate.
This should be more clearly stated on your website and once a first timer arrives (not after they’ve taken the class ).
I’d definitely return though. Again it was a very great experience.
