• I gave Unity Spa a perfect ten because it was insanely pleasant and far exceeded my expectations . You've set the bar in my mind. I was naked in a strange building with strangers touching me and yet I never felt awkward or self-conscious. I became so relaxed during the massage that I was in a trance/light sleep despite having PTSD and panic disorder that are typically triggered by strange places. I initially thought the 75 minute duration was going to stretch on into eternity with me impatient to leave. Instead, it flew by and left me with a cozy, content feeling. My body, so used to the pain and stiffness of Lupus felt suddenly like it's old self. The creakiness I still haven't gotten used to was gone and my joints felt well-oiled and my muscles felt not only relaxed but physically lighter. The swelling and fluid retention that's par for the course with many autoimmune diseases was significantly reduced throughout my entire body and remains so today. I also have polyneuropathy in my hands and feet and it was reduced to about half of the area that it normally affects. I wish that I were able to incorporate a massage at Unity Spa into the daily treatment I receive for Lupus. It's a lot more pleasant and appears to be more effective too. I will recommend Unity Spa to anyone who speaks the word "massage" in my presence. We will definitely be back.

• They were so kind from the beginning, they told us a problem one of us had afterwards. They did sooooo good during the massage! You let them know your pressure level and your problems and they'll take care of you. It was the best experience that me and my husband have. We have already recommended unity spa and have a couple who wants to try it.
