This studio is so incredibly supportive - physically, socially and emotionally. I love that all the instructors are so sensitive to students' physical limitations and encourage the use of props to ensure proper posture. There is no sense of ego, competition or stigma. I love this. The sense of community the instructors facilitate is awesome. They are so compassionate and truly caring. I never feel like they're just there to teach a class and get out the door. I love that there are people of all ages, races and abilities that come to this studio. I recommend United Yoga to anyone who will listen!
