Up to date in all areas pertaining to fitness and wellbeing. Equipment and facility are clean and well maintained. A judgment free zone for all ages and levels of fitness and health.

• Staff is very attentive, great with clients and professional. I took a few Silver Sneaker classes and appreciated that the instructors paid close attention to everyone's form and that they were doing okay. Not many instructors do that.
