• I’ve been going here for almost a year and highly recommend it. I’ve had a trainer the entire time and he is very knowledgeable and professional…much better than the trainers at other big gyms that I’ve used. It’s a nice atmosphere and everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful. One year and I’ve made a lot of improvement.

• The staff is exceptional in every way! The classes offer such a great variety of workouts and there something for every level of fitness. The services are comprehensive to meet the needs for basic workouts for maintenance, as well as complicated physical cases that require special attention. I love the educational classes, events and dietician services. The best gym ever!!!
