• Best staff ever!!! Knowledgeable, qualified, helpful, friendly and welcoming to mention a few. Offer a great variety of choices in all aspects of fitness and health. Up to date in all areas pertaining to fitness and wellbeing. Equipment and facility are clean and well maintained. A judgment free zone for all ages and levels of fitness and health.
