• I have belonged to gyms pretty much all my life. Most were very high end which doesn't exist in Temecula, but I thought United Medical was close to home and had all the things I needed. The staff is excellent. I am slowly getting to know each of them one at a time. All so helpful and friendly. Why I rated a 9 is because there is some organization of equipment and a few little things that would be nice to add, because often times there is someone using something and there are no backups. Suggestions: A stretch bar along the windows in the group exercise room. There is no place to stretch without putting your hands on the wall or possibly hurting yourself on the garage door rails. A good solid rack to get the free weights off the floor. Also, some good shelving for the rest of the equipment that's stored on the floor. A actual clip for the exercise ropes rather than using a step-up, or a building support column, in the middle of the cardio equipment, where people are trying to walk. An additional and better step ramp would be nice. See below. Eventually it would be great to expand the space and possibly add a sauna for men and women, but I know that is probably way down the road.
