• Amazing staff who are always welcoming and supportive of each clients personal journey. Small gym which is fully equipped and never too busy which makes the environment conducive for working out.

• I have been a member of many gyms/ fitness businesses in the Temecula/Murrieta areas since 1980 & UMF is, by far, the friendliest, cleanest, most professionally run workout facility I've ever joined! I love the Silver Sneakers classes, one-on-one training, and the involvement of the kinesiology-trained staff. The gym is never jammed & caters to a more mature clientele! I thoroughly enjoy going every day!!

• My kinesiologist has changed my life. When I started with Todd 2 years ago, I needed help to walk in and out of the gym. I now am able to walk all around the gym, and outside, including up and off curbs with no help whatsoever.
