• The staff are helpful and friendly and the trainers genuinely care about your overall health and work with you to customize a good workout that benefits your needs. You don't get that type of care at a regular gym.

• Not only are you guys a great gym but you provide great events and opportunities for your members, ie today's event, the various charity events (toy drive, food drive ) weight loss challenge where winner gets yo keep the money, etc.
