• Overall, the facility is perfect for someone like me who is challenge and extra assistance and guidance who want to gain strength, balance and mobility and in a larger gym it's not offered. The costs are too high. I also like the classes that are dedicated to Silver Sneakers as well.

• 10 is not enough. The entire staff( front desk, trainers, doctors) invest time and effort into the members and patients. They aren't there just for the job they are there to see us succeed.
