• My physical therapist recommend this gym when he had done all he could to help me recover from hip replacement surgery. I had lost all my glute strength (which sometimes happens). Seventeen months ago when I began at United Medical Fitness, I needed a walker. I no longer even need a cane. They are excellent! I work with a kinesiologist twice a week, and go to their Silver Sneakers class three times a week.
