• My workouts with Todd are changing my life! Two years ago I needed a walker to enter your gym, now I don't even need a cane. I also appreciate the stretching and stability class at 8 AM three days a week. Rod's leadership is excellent!

• Straight forward gym. Equipment is clean and in working order. Arrangement of equipment is spaced out to give enough room such that I am not running into others.
