The water in the pool is rather cold sometimes! Also, when I signed up for the membership, I was told that the $100 consultation fees would be refunded $50 when I m continuing the membership for a year! When bringing this up, the person responsible for the message denied! Don't forget it's three membership from my family joined in the services. Money is not the major issue but I felt cheated into the arrangement!

Aside from early closer of facilities and difficulty in getting swim lanes, I am happy with my experience...amazing staff, great equipment, not super crowded and clean environment.
