The woman who conducted my wax session was extremely kind, professional, pleasant, kind, and caring. When she noticed I felt tense and nervous, she helped me to relax and guided me to take deep breaths which helped me feel at ease and drastically reduced the pain from the pull. I was also extremely pleased with how her work looked afterwards. Also, Based on previous sessions with other attendants, I've noticed the wax causes in grown hairs, this issue pertains to the wax, all of the attendants have always been great
I came as a walk in and the staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate me.
