Uni K Wax-West Kendall

Horrible I always give this place a chance and they continue doing a horrible job every single person in there sucks !!!! Always going ahead a doing what they think is best first time literally made my eyebrows extremely thin then !!!! This older lady did my brows again ! And she made one too short going on how I should just fill them in blah blah they don't know what they are doing !!!!!!

I will never go anywhere besides this specific Uni Wax. Ana truly is an asset to the company and makes (an otherwise painful experience) enjoyable filled with intelligent conversation!

I've booked a few appointments here within the last couple of months and never really leave satisfied. I recently came back a few days ago after not coming for over a month, and tried to give this place another try, but no matter what I never leave 100% satisfied. I have a really nice eye brow shape and don't require much work except for cleaning, but yet my eye brows were left thick and uneven. I actually went home and plucked out a few hairs that were out of place. I think this was my last time. I've been looking up threading salons and may try something new.

Lina made my first time experience super smooth. I scared myself by watching all these YouTube videos of other people and their first experience. Nervous, I walked in and she made me feel super comfortable. Super tolerable! Definitely coming back!

Ok I tried it again and have decided that I like Uni-K as a chain.

This time they again barely used tweezers and worked super fast.

I think more importantly is that they follow instructions well. I took my sis aka Ana A with me and she was worried they'd leave her browless instead of cleaning them up but gladly she had no reason to worry. We're both sporting freshly waxed brows.

The list of their prices was most interesting this place has the most reasonable prices I've encountered in a long time.

Service was great at this location and I've also gone to the South Miami location. I really like Lina! She was very personable and did a great job!

I hate having to wax. It's true. But since I have to I'm glad to have found this location (W. Kendall) and specifically Zonia. I have actually been coming here for YEARS. Since they very first opened and there wasn't much else in this shopping center. At one point I moved and I would drive 30 minutes here for my appointments. Then I moved again and it just wasn't possible to come. I actually went SIX MONTHS without doing my eyebrows to regrow them after trying another Uni K location.
So glad to be back!

First time here and I loved it, Veronica was so nice and did a great job. Most def going to make an appointment for the next time with her!

I went and I was like a factory. All the employee did was complain that not the tip is being added to there pay check and she didn't even tweeze my eyebrows after to clean them. She wax on of my eyebrows shorter than the other and waxed me in the same spot 3 times. My face was on fire. When she did my lip she had no consideration that I'm very pale and have sensitive skin. Take a look at how swollen i was by the pic i posted. Embarrassing and never going back.

I love this place! The service is great and everyone is always so curtious and professional. I used to live in this area and that's how I learned about them. Even though I moved north I still travel to this location specifically because I know I can relax and know that I will get awesome service.
