• Sarah provides great quality service. She is also very pleasant and friendly. The manager, however, is not great. She actually double booked the service and left me a message that Sarah is running 15 minutes late. Not only did I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes, Sarah had to stay beyond her shift. Managers should respect both their staff and customers more.
