• Nicole was the best wax professional I've ever had. She was efficient and really precise - no area had to have a second pass which is kind of incredible. The was was so clean - no funny pulls that break the hair and leave spots of hair under the skin - and it was practically painless because she told me when to breathe. For the most part, I've been really happy with all the associates at your UES location, but really impressed with Nicole. Thanks.
