Very professional, friendly, accommodating staff. Love that each person gets their own personal pot of wax. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Prices are fair. I believe the women's name was Crystal (forgive me if I'm wrong), but she was amazing and had great attention to detail. I am very happy with the results!
