Katherine is a rock star!!!! I would follow her wherever she goes. She is funny, kind, always on time and efficient. What a mess yesterday with everyone arriving late due to traffic and Katherine came out to the eating area and made us all laugh and told her three clients a joke and it was all ok. Katherine is a total people person and makes the whole uncomfortable waxing experience not so bad !!
