Overall the service is good and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the waxers never give me enough time to prep after they give me the cleansing cloth and cover. Multiple times they walk back in the room and after less than a minute without knocking so the door is wide open for a second and i'm not covered because i'm still undressing and getting on the bed.
