Prema was very explanatory and courteous throughout the whole process. She was very thorough and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the waxing session. As a first timer to Brazilian waxing, I was expecting a lot of pain and was feeling a bit uncomfortable initially. However, she quickly put my nerves at ease and was gentle and patient making sure to check in with me to ensure I was feeling ok about everything. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back
