Laxmi is AMAZING. She's a great conversationalist and takes her time to ensure that I am comfortable in every session. The receptionist are always friendly and helpful. I love the flat iron location. I did go to someone else when she was off during my 2nd to last visit and based off that visit, it was a 2 out of 10. If that was my first time waxing, I would never have gone back. All she cared about was speeding through and yanking as much hair in 1 strip as humanly possible.
