Everyone was so friendly and welcoming - the receptionist was great! The location was convenient and very clean. My treatment provider, Shital, was wonderful!! She was so, so nice and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be coming back for my wax treatments going forward - it did not hurt nearly as much as I thought it was going to - which was AMAZING!
