Love Laura! She is a perfectionist and extremely professional and polite. I was very happy to see her as my prior service with Gina was not as thorough as it should have been. I chose to not return and have her clean - up some spots she missed. I found her to be very clinical and did not listen to my comment of asking to be gentle.
