• Darius a phenomenal Wax technician. I would HIGHLY recommend. Sadly, I purchased a series last year. Since that point, your firm has changed names for services. My situation has not been addressed, so each check out is PAINFUL. It took the front reception nearly 10 minutes to resolve the check out and advise on how many left ~ 9 more in the series. This means I need to go through this painful process 9 more times. I will not plan to purchase another series....not worth the headache!!!!! Need to address and resolve....too much wasted time!!! Terribly inefficient....EXCELLENT location, FANTASTIC technician , FRUSTRATING check out!!!!!
