The waxing experience and people at the location were brilliant. I hadn't realized that packages expire and had lost two sessions due to my package expiring a few days before my last wax on 2/2. I've emailed corporate to ask to get the two sessions back. I really hope they will do this as if not, I'll have to start going somewhere else.

I would recommend this location because the staff is lovely, nice and Mira is a great esthetician. Very sweet and gentle through the rough waxing experience
