I would've recommended a 10 because Nimita is the best!!!!! However, I did not like the male receptionist attitude. When I finished my wax instead of asking me how my service was telling me my total he immediately told me "wait, you have to give me a second" and had me stand there . I found that very rude and service like that would make me want to switch wax places.
