Customer service and the waxer was amazing and very patient with my daughter
Both waxes I've had have been virtually painless and both of the waxers were quick and friendly. The place was spotless, I like the idea of having my own wax and the ice pack is a nice touch.
Everyone was very nice and inviting. Natalie was so nice and gentle. I usually struggle with sensitivity, but this was the first time my skin felt normal after I was waxed. I will definitely be back.
