The staff is fantastic however the facility seems to be struggling to provide heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. It always seems to be an issue. I suggest that upper management addresses these issues especially since a European wax place opened up a few doors down from your location in bay Ridge. You will loose clients over something that can easily be fixed. Also no heat on a 16 degree day for myself and the staff is appalling and if it wasn't for my loyalty to sunny I would have walked out and went some place else. I hope this message reaches the right people.
