Sunny is professional and has a wonderful personality. I didn’t score a 10 because the new receptionist never tells you about the rewards you have available. If you don’t ask she won’t mention it. I never had that problem with the old receptionist. If I have reward money available it should be up to me to decide if I want to apply it or not. She said “oh i figures you would want to wait until you had more”. That is not her call.
