• Annie is fantastic and she gets 10's from me all the way around. The score I gave reflects the fact that I'm NEVER greeted when I walk in; I think that's rude as a paying customer. Annie's room is in the back so she cant see when I arrive, but when there's a receptionist I expect them to at least say hello. When there's not, stylists in the front stations should have that responsibility. What if I were a walk-in or a first time customer that booked online and didn't know where my stylist's station was and needed help? Nobody would know because my existence in your salon is not acknowledged until I go back to Annie's Room.
