• Alex is always fun and professional. She listens to your concerns, makes sure that you're comfortable with the idea in mind, all prior to paying a hand on a brush or a pair of scicors. If you wall in not truly having an idea in mind she will ask probing questions to guide ones thought process so that you can narrow down your options without feeling pressured or rush. I have recommended all of my friends to her and they have all thanked me for doing so! She always goes the extra mile and if a color didn't show in the hair or come out right, she offers to re do it in again on her time. That's what happened to me the first time we put color in my hair. I was nervous and didn't want to lift my hair. When the color didn't show, she had me come back to re do it. That is what really impressed me about her from others. She cares, listens, and makes sure she goes the extra mile to get it right. She's awesome!
